• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Abu Dhabi) are eligible for same-day processing.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 7–11 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Information

• Methods: We offer Standard Shipping within the United Arab Emirates.
• Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate of 40 AED per order on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
• Delivery Locations: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Order Modifications

If you need to update or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@ipanubis.shop. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Ipanubis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact Support@ipanubis.shop immediately. Additional charges may apply for address changes.
