A. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

B. Return Process

• Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@ipanubis.shop so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

D. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or sent in the wrong size. To request an exchange, please contact us at Support@ipanubis.shop.

E. Restocking Fee

Ipanubis does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

F. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
• The maximum refund processing time is 7 business days.

G. No Refund for Unused Discounts

Discounts must be applied at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for discounts that were not used at the time of purchase, and retroactive discount adjustments are not available.
